Number Story of 2 and 4

2 and 4. Any combination of the such. Every time I look at a clock, the temperature on a bank building, the receipt number from a purchase, the track and number of seconds on my CD player. It is truly haunting. I was born on Aug 24th, so I figure that must be why, but I didn't start noticing being haunted by these numbers until a couple of years ago.

Also, my birthday month, the 8th month is a multiple of 2 and 4. So I see a lot of 8s, 2s, and 4s. I have two friends that even share the 2 and 4 phenomena. One says that his is 42, and specifically 42. And in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, number 42 is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything.

And in the Bible, it is prophesied that for 42 months the Beast will hold dominion over the Earth (Revelation 13:5). The other friend has a very similar experience as I. He lived in house number 24, then moved to a place recently with address 24 directly across the street, both of our telephone numbers contained 2 and 4.

And a very important event in my life was scheduled on 2/4/08 which I had nothing to do with. All I can say is that I don't know what triggered this, I don't look for it, it finds me. I get the feeling though that if a number involves a 2 and a 4 it is a sign for me that it is safe and I can move forward with what I am doing.

certainly could be the one making these numbers manifest. I think it started with a few coincidences that made me aware of the connection and it hasn't stopped since.
